Great that you own our gift cards or plan to purchase one. You will undoubtedly buy great products with it. Below are the answers to the most common questions about our gift cards, both physical and digital. 

Gift card use

• How long is my gift card valid?

  Your gift card is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed at any time in our webshop or in our stores. 

  
  
• Where can I use my gift card?

  You can redeem your gift card in our own stores and in our webshop (https://marie-stella-maris.com/). Online you can use the gift card during payment. After you have added your favorite products to the shopping cart and entered your details, select the gift card during payment. It is possible to use multiple cards in one transaction and in combination with other payment methods except Apple Pay. In the store you can easily have the barcode scanned. Have fun shopping!

  
  
• Do I have to spend my gift card at once?

  You do not have to spend your gift card in one go, of course the remaining credit on the card will remain for your next purchase.

  
  
• Where can I buy a gift card?

  The physical gift card can be found on our website, as well as in our own stores. The digital giftcard can only be ordered in our webshop. 

  
  
• What is the difference between a digital and physical gift card?

  The digital giftcard will be delivered directly after purchase to the email address you provide. We designed the email to be a joy to give and can be sent directly to the recipient. Perfect for a last-minute surprise. Our physical card is sent via post and comes in a beautiful gift box. A great gift for any occasion! 

  
  
• I lost my gift card, what can I do?

  Not to worry, we are happy to look for a solution with you. To help you we need the proof of purchase or an order number. Please send this to customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com so we can retrieve your giftcard.

  
  
• Do I have to activate my gift card before using it?

  A physical gift card ordered on our website must first be activated before use. To do this, follow the instructions via email and/or go to 'ACTIVATE CARDS'. If you are unable to do so, please contact customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com.

  
  

Ordering and delivery

• Can I add a personal note to a gift card?

  You certainly can! You can add your congratulations, well wishes or other texts during the checkout process of the gift card. 

  
  
• How quickly is the digital gift card shipped?

  Immediately after placing the order, the mail containing the gift card will be sent. It is possible to specify a different shipping email address, so that the gift card reaches the recipient immediately. You'll never be empty-handed on a birthday again!

  
  
• Am I entitled to the gift with purchase when I purchase a gift card?

  When purchasing a gift card, you are purchasing a payment method. Therefore, you are not entitled to the gift at the time of purchase. Of course, when the giftcard is redeemed and the conditions in place at that time are met, the gift will be added to that purchase! 

  
  
• How quickly is the physical gift card shipped?

  Your physical gift card will be shipped within 24 hours. Always consider delivery times with the delivery service. This way you can be sure that your gift card will arrive on time.

  
  

Gift card balance

• How can I check how much balance is left on my gift card?

  To check your balance on your Marie-Stella-Maris Gift card go to 'BALANCE CHECKER'.

  
  
• The balance on my gift card is not correct, what can I do?

  If the balance is higher than you expected, congratulations! If it is lower than expected, please contact customerservice@marie-stella-maris.com. Always include the number of your gift card and we'll gladly check it for you you.
